Garden Tour and Plant Sale - April 10

Ladies, how about we visit Chase Gardens here in Graham for their annual plant sale. We'll get free admission to the gardens and a chance to pick up some lovely local plants. More information here: http://www.chasegarden.org/events.htm

Crochet Sock Along?

Hi Ladies,
I'm wondering if you'd like to join me for a crochet sock along at my house? We could spend an afternoon working on the sock pattern that Angie shared (let me know if you need it) and for those who do merit badges, it can help you get that Crochet badge hooked up.

How would Saturday, March 27 work? Please comment if you think you can make it or if another day works better.

March 6 - Kristine presents on Victory Gardens

I'd love to attend Kristine's Victory Garden talk on March 6. How about we make it a chapter event? It will be at the Sumner Pierce County Library. We could also take a little tour of some of the cute shops in Sumner after the presentation.

Our next meeting is going to be at the end of February, after the Sewing Expo, for dinner and a little trip to Pacific Fabrics in Puyallup. Thursday, February 25 or Friday, February 26 have both been suggested. Please comment if one of those days works (or doesn't work) for you. Myself, I'm leaning toward Friday, February 26.

Wanna help a goat?

How often do you get asked that question? I thought we might consider volunteering as a group at the Puget Sound Goat Rescue site located in Maple Valley. I'm getting details from the owner, so I'll update the post when I hear more, but if you are interested in helping out some goats who need some lovin', post and I'll make sure you get the information.
